- Vendor materials state that Visalaw AI is independently audited against SOC 2 Type II and that customer inputs, outputs and uploaded materials are not used to train, fine-tune or improve AI models. Customers control what data is uploaded, where it is stored, how long it is retained and when it is deleted. The platform also offers SAML single sign-on, audit logs, IP allow-listing and configurable data-lifecycle controls. Vendor materials describe alignment with GDPR and CCPA requirements. ISO/IEC 42001 is in progress and is not recorded as a held certification.
