Vendor options
Listings are compiled independently from public information, and a standard listing is always free. Vendors have three optional ways to engage. None of them affects whether a tool is listed, how it is categorised, or how its security and jurisdiction details are recorded.
Confirm your listing — free
Confirm the facts in your listing are accurate and current. Confirmed listings carry a “Vendor confirmed” badge. Confirmation does not change a listing’s position or wording beyond accuracy.
Enhanced profile — USD $499 / year
A paid annual subscription that adds vendor-supplied content and enhanced presentation to your listing.
An Enhanced profile includes:
- your approved logo;
- a vendor-supplied description of up to 1,000 characters;
- one call-to-action button, with your chosen label and destination URL;
- one vendor-provided document or resource link;
- an Enhanced badge wherever the listing appears; and
- placement in the Enhanced tier of the main directory and relevant category pages, above Standard listings and below Sponsors.
Vendor-supplied content is clearly identified as coming from the vendor. Within the Enhanced tier, order is randomised on each page load, so no Enhanced listing holds a fixed position over another.
Enhanced status does not affect inclusion, categorisation, factual fields, security or trust treatment, jurisdiction information, comparison availability or editorial notes.
Enhanced subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. Payment is processed through Stripe-hosted checkout or another hosted payment process; Legal AI Archive does not collect or store card details.
Sponsorship — USD $1,999 / year
Up to six independent sponsors are shown at a time.
Sponsorship includes everything in an Enhanced profile, including:
- your approved logo;
- a vendor-supplied description of up to 1,000 characters;
- one call-to-action button;
- one vendor-provided document or resource link; and
- an Enhanced vendor profile.
It also includes:
- display in the homepage sponsor band;
- priority placement at the top of the main directory’s default view;
- priority placement on each category page to which the sponsored tool is assigned; and
- a Sponsor badge wherever sponsored placement appears.
Sponsor order is randomised on each page load, so no sponsor holds a fixed position over another. Sponsorship requires a confirmed listing.
When all six places are taken, new enquiries may join a waitlist. Sponsorship supports the archive and affects presentation and placement only. It does not affect inclusion, categorisation, factual fields, security or trust treatment, jurisdiction information, comparison availability or editorial notes.

How paid options are disclosed
Paid options are always clearly labelled and affect presentation and placement only. They never affect whether a tool is listed, how it is categorised, or how its security and jurisdiction details are recorded. Sponsored and Enhanced listings are individually badged wherever they appear, and the default directory order is disclosed as paid placement. See the methodology for how the archive stays neutral.
