- MiAI Law states that it is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and that customer data is not used to train AI models. It states that customer account information, uploaded documents, research outputs and AI processing workloads are stored and processed entirely within Australia, with encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls and audit logging. Uploaded source documents are automatically deleted after 30 days. Its Privacy Policy separately states that personal information may be disclosed to overseas recipients, including India, subject to protections equivalent to the Australian Privacy Principles.
