Vendor materials state that documents and queries are encrypted in transit and at rest, the service is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and customer uploads and queries are not used to train its deployed models. The privacy policy separately states that anonymised user queries may be retained to improve AI models and platform functionality. No public ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification claim was found.
